UAB „LZT“ įgyvendina projektą „Darbuotojų įgūdžių ugdymas“
Projekto tikslas – pagerinti darbuotojų įgūdžius informacinių technologijų ir gamybos srityse: kelti darbuotojų kompetencijas ir taip didinti darbo našumą gamyboje, ugdyti kompetenciją kibernetinio saugumo ir dirbtinio intelekto srityje.
Projektas įgyvendinamas pagal 2022–2030 metų plėtros programos valdytojos Lietuvos Respublikos ekonomikos ir inovacijų ministerijos ekonomikos transformacijos ir konkurencingumo plėtros programos pažangos priemonės Nr. 05-001-01-05-07 „Sukurti nuoseklią inovacinės veiklos skatinimo sistemą“ veiklą „Ugdyti labai mažoms įmonėms, mažoms įmonėms ir vidutinėms įmonėms reikalingus darbuotojų įgūdžius“.
Bendras biudžetas 162 400,32 EUR, ES fondo skirta 97 440,19 EUR finansavimo suma.
Projektą bendrai finansuoja Europos Sąjunga.
Projektas pradėtas 2024 m. gruodžio 11 d. ir bus įgyvendintas iki 2026 m. gruodžio 11 d.
